We're both active, health-conscious people. Danielle runs, skis, and lifts; Charlie plays basketball, tennis, and lifts too. But "eating clean" was never about salads to us. It's about real, minimally processed ingredients.
For Charlie, that's not just preference — managing an autoimmune condition means prioritizing organic, nutrient-dense food. That habit followed us straight into the kitchen, where we kept running into the same problem: healthy baked goods that tasted like a compromise.
So we started baking our own. Batch after batch, until we got it right.
